About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager for Payment Systems to join our team at NIBC. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems, including the Payment Hub, SWIFT, and Reconciliation application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all systems under your care, taking a complete end-to-end perspective with internal and external stakeholders in the payment/operations chain.
  • Coach and guide your team colleagues, coordinate and plan activities, and actively support the Agile way of working in the team.
  • Guarantee the quality and continuity of your own IT business services by preventing incidents and resolving them quickly and effectively.
  • Look forward to Life Cycle Management and continuously improving our landscape.
  • Communicate with business clients about content or incidents, problems, and changes, making IT transparent for them.

About the Team

You will be part of the Corporate Banking and Treasury IT (CBT-IT) Department, responsible for end-to-end IT support and development of applications for our corporate asset classes. Our way of working is based on Agile Scrum and Kanban.

Within this team, you will work in the Payments IT Team, ensuring the continuity of payments/operations processes within the bank. We make sure all payment streams run flawlessly and prevent issues or solve them quickly. We continuously improve our IT landscape by innovation projects and changes.
