At Brainboss B.V., we're seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Transformation Coach to guide our teams through their Agile journey. As a key player in our organization, you'll ensure alignment with strategic business objectives while fostering self-organization and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Coaching: Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams within the finance sector, guiding them to enhance their Agile practices and achieve high performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align project goals with strategic business objectives in the finance industry.
  • Transformation Leadership: Guide teams through Agile transformations by implementing frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among multiple Agile teams to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices, ensuring alignment and coherence in the overall Agile transformation strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with Agile implementation and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that Agile transitions do not compromise project timelines or quality.
Requirements:
  • Higher Education degree (Bachelor/Masters)
  • Fluent in English (Spoken and written, C1 minimum level), and preferably Dutch
  • Hands-On person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • At least 7 years working experience as a consultant in client-facing assignments
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project or change management, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects and managing complex portfolios
  • Proven experience in Financial services industry (Retail, Leasing, Insurance, Banking, etc.)
  • Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, OR SAFe, OR DevOps, PMS I OR PMS II) knowledge and/or certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Passion for continuous learning
