RBC Projects B.V. is looking for an Industrial Control Systems Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing and maintaining PLC and HMI software for packaging lines, as well as supporting mechanics and service personnel remotely during the installation and set-up of machines at customer sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, control technology, or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience with PLC technology in an equipment manufacturing environment. Excellent technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in Dutch and English, with German being an advantage. Travel to customer locations (international) is required, approximately 10% of the time.

  • Completed education on at least EQF 6 level in mechanical engineering/control technology/electrical engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with PLC technology in an equipment manufacturing environment
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills (including Dutch and English, German is an advantage)
  • Willingness to perform work at customer location (international), willingness to travel about 10%
