Role Overview

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a global organization to find a Senior HR Business Partner aligned to Technology. This key leadership position will support the technology departments, driving people strategies that fuel creativity, collaboration, and growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business stakeholders and translate business needs and strategies into well-informed people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the HRBP Technology include:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies.
  • Play an important role in maximizing the potential of employees and creating high-performing teams.
  • Manage performance management, talent and succession planning, employee retention, and engagement.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics.
  • Use people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a fast-growing tech-driven or entrepreneurial environment. They must be able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Fluency in English is required as the main business language.
