About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Growing Business Expansion Specialist to drive new business growth and volume expansion for Wide Format Print Media across Europe. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Category Manager for Wide Format Media to develop sales propositions and opportunities that effectively grow the business locally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new business opportunities for Wide Format Media, focusing on expanding into new segments and increasing product portfolios of existing customers.
- Provide market feedback and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners to identify needs and opportunities early on.
- Influence and improve business development programs and product development based on your findings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales & business development, strategic thinking, driving business growth, and developing markets.
- Strong people relationship management skills, with emphasis on persuasion, building trust, understanding customer needs, coaching peers, and non-direct reports.
- Ability to build relationships, drive performance, and enhance sales.
- Analytic skills to define a business strategy framework (Diagnostics / Solution Design / Implementation / Embedding).
- Ability to conceptualize and clearly communicate a value proposition.
- Pro-active planning, creative thinking, and organizational skills with ability to plan and coordinate initiatives and manage priorities.
- Frequent travel in EMEA required for this role, approx. 20%.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
