Overview

Verathon is seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal and effective use of the Salesforce (SFDC) platform for all users within the organization. This position involves gathering user requirements and converting them into actionable specifications and solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize agile development methodologies and demonstrate a commitment to delivering robust solutions promptly. Additionally, the Administrator will analyze SFDC configurations and provide recommendations for best practices and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SFDC users, providing support through various channels.

• Deliver high-quality assistance via telephone and email.

• Organize and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders as necessary.

• Offer ongoing support and system administration to swiftly resolve production issues.

• Develop and generate reports and metrics as required.

• Comprehend the organization's objectives and help create, maintain, and document a clear vision for the application’s usage.

• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet user needs.

• Manage user accounts, roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, price books, and approval workflows.

• Oversee mass data imports and exports to ensure data integrity.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes.

• Assist in managing custom data integrations with various internal data sources.

• Administer configuration, customization, data management, campaign management, and support for AppExchange applications.

• Create training materials and user documentation, maintaining them as business needs evolve.

• Conduct training sessions for users on enhancements and new functionalities.

• Utilize marketing automation expertise to optimize the integration of Pardot.

• Act as the primary contact for the maintenance and enhancement of the Pardot interface.

• Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration development, testing, and data integrity.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance of enhancements and changes in collaboration with the IT team.

• Maintain Salesforce certifications to ensure up-to-date knowledge.

• Lead the administration of significant system enhancements, including multi-object processes and new features.

• Design and create custom objects as needed.

• Stay informed about new releases and recommend targeted functionality implementations to support the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Professional proficiency in English and preferably one additional language.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering SFDC in a multi-department environment.

• Certified Administrator status is required.

• Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Pardot, is preferred.

• Familiarity with evaluating and optimizing CPQ tools is a plus.

• Experience supporting an international user base is desirable.

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, are essential.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and attention to detail.
