About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Trade Compliance team as a Supply Chain Intern. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the emerging compliance team by assessing and validating the compliance of goods flows with Philips policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revising goods flows impacted by the Philips "Creating value with sustainable impact" program into the GFCB system and documents
  • Supporting the GFCB coordinator with processing new and change requests for goods flows, analyzing completeness and accuracy, and requesting missing information
  • Pro-actively seeking missing information from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely validation of requests
  • Managing workflow completion of validation of cross-functional specialists about the compliance of submitted goods flows and administering approvals with relevant conditions
  • Improving completion and compliance control of goods flows approved, implemented, and decommissioned
Requirements
  • In progress of achieving a Bachelor's degree related to Supply Chain and international trade
  • Excellent knowledge of IT Microsoft applications and PowerBI
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal), with Dutch as an additional asset
  • Proactive and autonomous, with strong drive to work with high quality and attention to detail

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation needs
