About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Fuji Seal. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cutting-edge packaging machines, providing hands-on support, training, and on-site solutions to ensure seamless customer production processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Install new packaging machines and equipment at customer production sites.
  • Service and modify existing machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support customers on-site during start-up of production lines, new products, or new equipment.
  • Train local operators on the use of our packaging machines.
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Write visit reports and share issues with project leaders.
  • Provide proactive feedback to the internal organization on technical aspects of our machinery and equipment.

Requirements

  • Intermediate technical degree (MBO4) in mechanical and electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PLC software is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical position.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70-80% of working days.
  • Required competences: flexible attitude, customer focus, stress resistance, analytical, proactive, and fluency in another foreign language (French, Spanish, German, Polish, or Italian).
  • Location: Must be within daily reachable distance to our office in Deurne, the Netherlands.
