About the Team

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Commercial Real Estate Management & Governance team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the electrical services of our plants globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international projects across all phases, including setup, team management, and contractor coordination
  • Schedule and control designing, procurement, construction phases, and budget management
  • Develop M&E specifications for industrial green- and brownfield projects in collaboration with users and conduct design management
  • Coordinate procurement of work and services with the purchasing department, compile bidder lists, and coordinate RfP
  • Take on the role of corporate energy manager, implement, lead, or support relevant projects, and develop standards to measure or optimize energy consumption/generation

Requirements

  • Degree in M&E, electrical, or utilities
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in ESG, especially energy management and CO2 reduction
  • Fluent English; basic knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Open-Minded, Hands-On, extraordinary communication skills, and the ability to work with different stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously

ZF offers a job-sharing option for this management position, allowing two part-time employees to share the role.
