Chief Financial Officer

Surexport is a leading company in the agri-food sector, dedicated to the year-round production and marketing of the best berries on the market. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial operations, regulatory compliance, and optimizing resources. They will be responsible for leading the overall corporate financial management of our subsidiaries in the Netherlands, ensuring financial stability, maximizing profitability, and supporting strategic decision making.

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the following key areas:

• Economic-Financial Management: Management and supervision of accounting and administrative processes, preparation of financial statements, and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Tax: Management of fiscal and tax obligations, preparation of tax reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations.
• Treasury and Financial Debt: Preparation of the annual treasury and financial debt budget, elaboration of short-term cash flow forecasts, and cash management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, knowledge of SAP, and experience in the agri-food sector. They will be a proactive, methodical, flexible, positive, and team-oriented person with organizational and communicative skills.
