Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product vision to meet operational and non-operational needs.
- Lead and manage Business Analysts and Front-end Engineers, and indirectly manage Back-end Engineers to create solutions that meet business process needs and customer requirements.
- Organize priorities, remove blockers, and network solutions with the broader CE and CC organization.
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve business operations through data and partnerships with other teams.
- Influence global and local process owners to adopt standard solutions.
- Partner with other product teams to leverage expertise and solutions.
- A technical degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience leading/managing teams directly or in a matrix format (at least 2 years).
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in SAP and its processes a plus.
