Job Title: Technical Account Manager for Poultry Health Business

Inizio Engage, a global strategic and commercial engagement partner, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for representing Elanco with key stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and customers, positioning our products, services, capabilities, and corporate brand. You will create and capture customer and Elanco's value with our poultry customers, personally and in conjunction with colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include developing plans and aligning within the poultry team to maximize our impact, initiating and pursuing product and non-product value-added strategies for all account levels, up to the farmer, and being recognized by our customers as a valuable sparring partner. You will also identify and capture market opportunities for our poultry portfolio and services, manage and execute technical business-oriented projects, and conduct field 'demo-trials'.

Requirements:
• MSc in animal science or veterinary medicine or bio-engineer with interest for animal science
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Animal (Health) sector
• Effective presenter of technical materials in both written and oral forums is key
• Should have a good understanding of basic trial designs
• Should have excellent 'people skills'
• Proven analytical capabilities
• Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of English: written and oral
• Understanding of the poultry industry, business drivers, production metrics, and passion for the poultry business and its stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving ability with consultative mindset
