About the Role

Coty is seeking a talented Global Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Facing BI team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing business intelligence and data analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making globally.

About the Team

The Business Facing BI team is a diverse and dynamic group with bases in Amsterdam and New York City. We are committed to continuous learning and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the data space, fostering a collaborative work environment where innovation propels Coty's success through insightful data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Business Facing BI team to implement business intelligence and data analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain complex BI projects utilizing Power BI
  • Provide direct support to the Business Facing Power BI Manager

Requirements

  • Student (Bachelor/Master) with a strong passion for data and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with numbers
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, and R
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing outputs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
