About the Role

The Senior Manufacturing Associate will play a critical role in leading and driving the execution of manufacturing processes according to established electronic work instructions and production records for the manufacture of cell therapies with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of manufacturing associates in the execution of manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to team members for troubleshooting activities
  • Work on routine manufacturing assignments, measure and check raw materials, and ensure team members are proficient in the operation of primary production equipment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences
  • Between 3-6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, including experience as a peer-level lead on the floor
  • Extensive knowledge of SOPs and cGMPs, with the ability to work and manage within a regulatory environment
  • Demonstrates aptitude for engineering principles and manufacturing systems
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing business environment
