About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Engineer to join our team at Yacht, where you will play a critical role in the development and certification of our engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute various certification testing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze and discuss test results with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Document test results, tool usage, and potential improvements, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant test standards and processes, ensuring our engines meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Take initiative to continuously improve tools and processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines and aftertreatment systems.
- Engine emission calibration and/or On-Board Diagnostics background.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Structured working approach combined with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
- Pro-active attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and organizations.
