About the Role:
As a Six Sigma Black Belt at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be a key driver of process and quality improvements across our organization. Your role will involve applying Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to enhance process capability and eliminate complex defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in driving breakthrough improvements and implementing process changes.
- Provide analysis and feedback to senior management on project activities, improvements, and savings.
- Transfer best practices, Six Sigma techniques, procedures, and tools to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
- Experience in quality methods and tools such as 6 Sigma, 5 Why's analysis, Kaizen, FMEA, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Understanding of structured product development processes.
- Ability to learn and utilize new processes and techniques to solve complex technical issues.
- A continuous growth mindset, both personally and professionally, with a strong results orientation.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
