Role Overview

Tesla is a pioneering company in the electric vehicle industry, committed to accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Test Facility Coordinator to join our team in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operations in the test facility, including forklifting, pallet jack use, and material handling.
  • Coordinate with Tesla support teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and operations.
  • Assist with creating lab procedures, signage, and labels, and enforce compliance throughout the facility.
  • Manage lab procurement, create purchase requests, onboard vendors, and handle invoicing.
  • Maintain the lab's organization, storage, and test sample disposition activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a workshop, warehouse, industrial facility, or test laboratory setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Adobe products.
