Global Brand Marketing Director

At DTC Jobs, we're looking for an exceptional Global Brand Marketing Director to drive our brand's growth and recognition across markets.


As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for positioning our brand, identifying new product development opportunities, and managing a team of marketing professionals.


The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry.


Responsibilities include:



  • Positioning the brand and driving brand awareness and recognition across markets.
  • Identifying new product development opportunities and setting the product development strategy.
  • Managing a team of marketing professionals across social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, PR, partnerships, community events, and design.
  • Managing and executing 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Overseeing and owning the brand's social media strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally.
  • Championing the brand's presence in new territories.
  • Managing campaign budgets and campaign performance metrics in line with targets.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 7 years experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing brand marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets.
  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
