Your role

As a Data Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a pivotal part in the Data Management Grid, driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning with business stakeholders to advise on data analytics value and understanding their needs
  • Identifying improvements and gaps in existing products and processes through an outside-in view on data analytics
  • Translating strategic vision into functional implementation of products and processes
  • Contributing to policy frameworks, policies, and standards
  • Creating awareness and involvement within the organization through learning materials, publications, and communication
  • Maintaining priority, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and process building with regard to data analytics

Working environment

The Data Management Grid provides solutions to enable data domains to accelerate data-driven decisions. As a Data Advisor, you will be part of the Data Management Solutions enablement teams within the Data Management Grid and Central Data Office, working closely with business stakeholders and users from all business lines of the Bank.

Your profile

Master's degree or similar

At least 3 years of experience in:

  • Business Intelligence, Analytics, and/or Advanced Analytics
  • Consulting, stakeholder management, and Communication
  • New data integration concepts
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Effective problem-solving
  • Understanding and bridging the world of Business, Data, and IT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated)
