Salary

We offer a competitive monthly gross salary ranging from €2,298 to €2,858 in accordance with scale 5 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry.


Job Description

As a Breakfast Chef at Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes to our guests. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Your day will start early, as you will need to prepare breakfast for our guests who are looking forward to starting their day off right. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that our guests feel safe and comfortable while dining with us. In addition to your cooking duties, you will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of sales and expenses.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must have at least one year of experience as a breakfast chef;
  • You should have knowledge of HACCP regulations or be willing to follow training courses for this;

Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace will make you an excellent candidate for this role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
