Bilfinger Tebodin is a leading industrial services company that helps our clients achieve their sustainability goals. We are looking for a highly skilled HSE Management Consultant to join our team.
About the RoleAs a HSE Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and improving operational HSE processes within our clients' organizations. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of hazards
- Provide training and guidance to clients on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. HSE, engineering, environmental science)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management or a related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
