We are seeking a talented researcher and educator to join our team as a PhD Lecturer in Change Agent Education. This is a fully funded six-year position that combines research and teaching responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on change agent education and its impact on societal challenges
- Teach and develop courses on data analytics and change agent education
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to advance the field of change agent education
- Develop and maintain a solid portfolio of research skills and teaching experience
- Master's degree in education sciences, innovation studies, business or management, data science, or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of or talent for quantitative research in social sciences
- Good team work skills and a proactive organiser
- Comfortable conducting multidisciplinary research and interacting with key stakeholders
- Academic writing skills in English
- Proficiency in Dutch at a basic level, or a willingness to achieve this
- A position for six years
- A working week of 38 hours and a gross monthly salary between €3,345 and €4,185 in the case of full-time employment
- 8% holiday pay and 8.3% year-end bonus
- A pension scheme, partially paid parental leave and flexible terms of employment
