Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our team at Lokaal Werkt. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift and handling internal transport, including the loading and unloading of goods into racks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift to move goods around the warehouse
  • Load and unload goods into racks
  • Input product codes and location numbers via a scanner or computer
  • Receive, inspect, and store goods according to regulations
  • Assemble orders and prepare them for transport
  • Manage the cold storage units
  • Coordinate work assignments
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the cold storage areas and tidying up

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics
  • Ability to work in cold temperatures
  • Ability to lift 30 kilos
  • Language skills in Dutch or English

What We Offer

  • Gross monthly salary between €2,790 and €2,925
  • Attractive weekend bonus of 150%
  • Time off in lieu for overtime
