Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Lead to oversee a team of approximately 20 multi-disciplinary engineers working on hardware, software, and mechanical aspects of the electrical system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and delivering engineering results according to planning;
  • Aligning disciplines to meet project objectives;
  • Risk management and maintaining/updating engineering plans;
  • Coaching team members to improve their skills and promote professional growth;
  • Representing and advocating for team needs within the organization.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Chairing sprint planning, review, and retro meetings;
  • Weekly updates on the PAL-V Progress tracker;
  • Daily interactions with technical discipline leads and team members;
  • Actively building professional relationships and promoting a positive team culture;
  • Reporting progress in team and company-wide meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading a group of multi-disciplinary engineers;
  • Result-driven technical environment experience;
  • Affinity with electrical systems and engineering;
  • Strong leadership, communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
