Job Description
In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining a long-term strategy for software development, ensuring a scalable and secure architecture. You'll support your team in delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance our clients' work efficiency and improve child care quality. Your collaboration with stakeholders will align technical goals with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Innovation: Develop and implement a forward-looking software development strategy, introducing new technologies and methodologies to further enhance our platform.
  • Architecture & Technical Quality: Ensure a scalable and secure software architecture, monitor platform performance and reliability, and review technical designs to maintain best practices in software development.
  • Process Optimization & Quality Assurance: Improve processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency, implement continuous integration, delivery, and quality control tools, and strive to reduce bugs and technical issues within the platform.
  • Servant Leadership & Team Development: Support and coach your team members in their professional growth, foster a collaborative, feedback-oriented culture, and empower team members by promoting ownership of projects and autonomy.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Translate technical developments into clear, actionable information, collaborate across teams to align technical goals with company objectives, and keep management updated on progress, challenges, and key initiatives.
  • Project Management & Execution: Lead technical projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines, resolve critical technical issues promptly to maintain platform stability, and drive key project initiatives, managing resources and timelines effectively.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills. We seek an experienced and driven individual who can balance operational goals with long-term innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 7 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role;
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and Dev Ops principles;
  • Passion for coaching and developing teams;
  • Skilled at translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders;
  • Solution-oriented and strategic, with a focus on both short-term and long-term objectives;
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and adopt new technologies.
