Wij zijn op zoek naar een Sales Advisor die onze winkels in Roosendaal kan helpen om de hoogste kwaliteit van service te bieden aan onze klanten. Als Sales Advisor zul je een sleutelrol spelen bij het bereiken van onze hoge normen en je zult werken in een luxe retailomgeving waar je een passie voor onze merk en onze waarden met onze klanten en collega's kunt delen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van een hoge klanttevredenheid door uitstekende service.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het autoriseren van kortingen en het oplossen van klantvragen.
- Je bent een merkambassadeur en bezit diepgaande productkennis.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt professionele relaties met onze klanten.
- Je helpt klanten bij het samenstellen van outfits en doet verdere productaanbevelingen.
- Je beoordeelt de behoeften van klanten en helpt hen met informatie over productkenmerken.
- Je stuurt winkel-KPI's aan en doet suggesties voor verbeteringen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het onderhoud, de presentatie en de organisatie van winkel- en magazijnzaken op een gepaste manier worden aangepakt.
