About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Photographer to join our dynamic multimedia team at Dorel Juvenile Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect our brand's commitment to innovation and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute visually striking photography concepts that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and creative teams to deliver compelling content across multiple channels.
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including product photography and lifestyle imagery, with a focus on premium aesthetics.
- Utilize expertise in lighting and composition to capture the essence of our products and the emotion of our target audience.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet quality and consistency standards across platforms (e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, print).

Requirements

- Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your creative vision and technical skills.
- Extensive experience working with various lighting systems to create well-lit, consistent images in various settings.
- Expertise in digital photography, with a strong command of different full frame or medium format cameras, lighting, and studio equipment.
- Advanced post-production skills to enhance and retouch images using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and/or others.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

- A minimum salary of 3000 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- This is a fulltime position for 40 hours per week.
- You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
- You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
- The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of fulltime employment.
