EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our Established Pharmaceuticals Division based in Weesp and Olst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing EHS programs, managing potential environmental, occupational health and safety risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage and coordinate EHS initiatives, including training, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Manage and report EHS performance metrics and trends to senior leadership.

• Master's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in EHS, with increasingly responsible positions.
• Strong technical knowledge of EHS principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
