Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a 38-hour workweek, holiday allowance of 8%, end-year allowance 4%, bonus scheme, flexible working hours, and the ability to work from home.


Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and analysis support to our business units.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Design and implement effective financial reporting and dashboard tools to support decision-making;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Economics, Accounting or comparable, with RA/RC qualification preferred;
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ideally gained in FMCG or B2B Food sector;
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with proficiency in financial software (SAP, Afo/BW, Power BI, HFM/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
