We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Artisan to join our team at Number 10 Coffee. As an integral part of our culinary team, you will play a key role in creating delicious pastries and baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate high-quality pastry items, including viennoiseries, lamination, and other sweet treats
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production and presentation of pastries
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in pastry arts or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities
