Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out field service activities for our customers and back-office support work at our office locations, with a balance between 50% in the field and 50% in the office.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers and Service Partners who use our frequency converters.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for customers and Service Partners for service-related questions or problems, via telephone or email.
  • Handling and supporting service cases, which can be local or global.
  • Providing on-site support for customers for complex service cases and special applications, including commissioning or repairs of frequency converters.
  • Processing service orders and providing structured information to our service administration.
  • Preparing service-related quotations.
  • Collaborating with the service, engineering, and sales teams in the Benelux region, as well as with colleagues in different countries and regions, and supporting our Service Partners.

  • Outstanding customer and service focus in your everyday work.
  • Effective communication with customers and Service Partners.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
