About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Robeco. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess risks associated with our business operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that our business practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as law or finance.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management and data analysis is a plus.
