About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various channels. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate support
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Fluent/native in Dutch and English
- Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Technical affinity and preferably a study in a related field
