We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic stagiair(e) to join our team at Booking Experts. As a stagiair(e) event management, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various events, including trade shows and knowledge events.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate our presence at trade shows, including stand design, logistics, and communication with partners.
- Assist in the organization of our annual event Embrace, including program development, marketing, and registration.
- Provide support in organizing client-focused events and workshops.
- Contribute to the development of event concepts, promotional materials, and communication strategies.
- Help evaluate events and collect feedback from participants.
- You are a student following a relevant HBO program.
- You are available for at least 3 days a week from September onwards.
- You are a go-getter who takes initiative and is not afraid to make mistakes.
- You are eager to learn and grow with our team.
