Hydrogen Systems Coordinator

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate resources, people, parts, tools, and materials are allocated to commissioning projects in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely allocation of resources to commissioning projects.
- Drive a culture of safety within the team and model safe work habits.
- Assist in recruiting new commissioning specialists and lead the process.
- Develop and implement a training and development program for new employees.
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting commissioning teams and performing commissioning activities on H2 Systems.
- Adapt best practices for System Services to various geographic regions.
- Drive business KPIs related to commissioning services execution.
- Provide guidance and support for local Service Specialists and Field Service Technicians.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Technology, or relevant work experience.
- VCA/VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Professional-level English language skills.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
