As a Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to drive business growth.
The role requires a deep understanding of labor market trends, wage and salary strategies, and HR systems. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Netherlands, and the Regional People and Culture Business Partner to develop and implement initiatives that meet local requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing people strategies to drive business growth
- Leading the People and Culture team for HMSHost Netherlands
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Dutch Work Council
- Translating and localizing global strategies to meet local requirements
