Transformative Regulatory Compliance Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team at Prodrive Technologies, a pioneering company dedicated to creating meaningful technologies that make the world work.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in managing our compliance and mitigating associated risks. Your technical understanding and knowledge of the electronics industry, products, and applications will be invaluable in developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and standards, and communicate their impact on product development, manufacturing processes, and the business.
  • Stay up to date with changes in regulations and standards and provide guidance to the organization on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Act as a source of knowledge and advice for the global organization.
  • Conduct compliance assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the compliance status, risk, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the high-tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and data and provide actionable advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
