Job Summary

TenneT is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Arnhem. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project leads and serving as a trusted advisor to project directors.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project teams to define contracting strategies and advise on MEAT criteria
- Develop and maintain open relationships with contractors
- Ensure flexibility and feasibility for contractors while adhering to TenneT's requirements and standards
- Support project teams and procurement in defining contracting strategies and advising on MEAT criteria
- Participate in contract negotiations and drafting

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Contract Manager for major construction projects
- Preferably experience in offshore business
- First-hand experience with FIDIC yellow or silver book (EPC approach)
- Legal, commercial, or technical background/ university degree
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
