Job Overview

We're seeking a Technical Supervisor to maintain and enhance the infrastructure of our 246-room hotel in Amsterdam East and/or Haarlem. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and improving various technical systems to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to guests and staff, addressing issues with in-room amenities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and other Room/hotel-related matters.
  • Perform regular maintenance of hotel technology systems, such as televisions, room controls, and key card systems, to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.
  • Maintain and update smart features in guest rooms, such as smart thermostats and lighting systems, to improve energy efficiency and guest convenience.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's operations team to coordinate repairs and upgrades, and provide technical insights to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
  • You've got an MBO diploma in Technology or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of real-life tech experience.
  • You're proficient in English (spoken and written), and Dutch is a plus.
  • You have strong technical aptitude and knowledge of common hotel systems, including Wi-Fi, televisions, key card systems, and room controls.
  • You possess exceptional troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
