We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back-office Employee to join our Underwriting & Broking Support department at Post & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling English administrative content, drawing up insurance policies, and ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.
Your primary focus will be on supporting our commercial colleagues (the Underwriters) by providing proactive information and assistance. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that protocols are followed in compliance with company policy.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the front office team and supporting internal processes.
- Performing administrative duties such as making reports, premium and claims statistics, providing insurance documentation, and booking invoices.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with an associate's degree in business administration or a related field and basic computer literacy skills. Your English language skills should be excellent, as the main language in our documentation is English.
You should be a team player with the ability to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are eager to learn and develop yourself, we encourage you to apply.
