About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chapter Lead to join our Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide team members on technical craftsmanship and best practices.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration with other teams and departments.
  • Ensure proper alignment with stakeholders and business requirements.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and implement technical assessments and ensure the onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage HR processes and facilitate employee development and performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and management.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and deploying high-availability services.
  • Experience with Azure Services, including Azure Data Factory, App Services, and Virtual Machine.
  • Knowledge of Tower Dashboard and operational KPIs.
  • Good understanding of patching, vulnerabilities, and security.
  • Strong coaching and people skills.
