Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Haarlem.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to address any concerns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions
  • Manage customer databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
