About the Job

Are you eager to learn and looking for an exciting challenge in the financial sector? You will become part of a supportive team where camaraderie is key and everyone helps each other out. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the entire financial administration of our Liqor and Beauty segment.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing bank statements and preparing daily payment batches
  • Creating collection batches
  • Checking goods invoices
  • Providing support, handling ad-hoc questions, and requests for controlling and sales

Requirements

This is you:

  • You enjoy administration and are driven to learn a lot within this field. You work in a structured manner, enabling you to switch between different tasks, such as working with various administrations and mailboxes, while maintaining an overview.
  • You:
    • Have completed an economic/administrative education at least at MBO (level 4)
    • Have at least 1 year of internship or work experience
    • Quickly adapt to different systems and pick things up quickly
    • Have strong communication skills, allowing you to quickly interact with various departments
    • Are a true team player
    • Have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
