About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at BBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient web applications using a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field, including new technologies and methodologies.
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of our applications.
  • Contribute to the development of our company culture, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong focus on Full Stack engineering.
  • Proficiency in back-end service integration, including REST Web Services, Node.js, Java, .NET, Go, and Java EE.
  • Experience with Jira, Git, and testing frameworks, such as Jasmine and Jest.
  • Ability to read and identify issues in back-end code in various languages.
  • Required technical skills include Web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte), HTML5 and CSS3, integrating with REST services, package management tools (NPM, Yarn), unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest), mocking frameworks (WireMock), web servers (Nginx, Apache), and understanding of application lifecycle, from development to deployment.
  • Advantageous skills include Docker and Kubernetes experience, AWS experience/certification, DevOps, automation tools (Cypress, Protractor, Selenium), Webpack, SCSS, SASS, and monorepo tooling (Nx, Lerna).
