We are seeking an accomplished Business Consultant to join our Northern Europe Consulting team (AEC), as part of our Enterprise Programme working with Autodesk's largest customers.
The role is fully remote, based in the Netherlands.
You will report to the Manager, Northern Europe Consulting (AEC) as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers at the executive and senior business leader level to understand their business vision, objectives, and challenges.
- Advise customers on strategic transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Analyse customer needs and industry trends to recommend and develop digital solutions to achieve customer outcomes.
- Help prepare, review, and manage high-quality deliverable documents, including proposals, business assessments, and recommendations.
- Use Change Management principles and tools to define and implement enterprise adoption strategies for Autodesk solutions.
- Use solution selling techniques to position and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Lead digital transformation programs, applying Autodesk technologies to drive efficiency and growth.
- Be a trusted advisor, building professional relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficient in Dutch and English languages, excellent written and oral skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in relevant industries or asset manager ecosystems.
- 5 years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that require the implementation of digital solutions.
- Excellent onsite and remote facilitation skills.
- Travel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetings.
