Ascend Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ascend Coordinator to join our team at TREK Bicycle in the Benelux region. As an Ascend Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bike stores in the efficient use of our Ascend kassasysteem. TREK Bicycle offers a cutting-edge software solution that enables bike retailers to manage their administration efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include attracting new customers, installing Ascend at bike stores, providing exceptional customer service, and offering proactive advice. You will also work closely with the international Ascend team and colleagues from the Benelux sales office.

• You will provide exceptional customer service to all Ascend customers, regardless of their size.
• You will support bike stores and the Ascend development team with technical issues.
• You will identify customer needs for the development of the Ascend program.
• You will identify potential customers, convince them, and handle pricing and installation.
• You will assist with software installations at bike stores, both remotely and on-site.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and experiences. With a strong command of both Dutch and English, you will be able to communicate clearly and effectively. You will also need to have a high level of organizational awareness, time management, and attention to detail. You will be willing to travel and build strong relationships. Experience in various IT environments and a curiosity about new technical developments are essential. You will be self-motivated and manage your own agenda.

• You will have a high level of proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
