Nutreco is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable animal nutrition solutions in the feeding industry.

We are currently looking for a Business Application Specialist (BAS) to strengthen our Quality / LIMS team at Nutreco. This role involves travel so the applicant should be willing and interested in travelling up to 25% of their time.

About The Role:

  • You will translate the requirements of internal stakeholders into technical specifications, participating in development/testing and implementation of software solutions and integrations in collaboration with the LIMS vendor.
  • Provide support for the LIMS application, deploy changes and troubleshoot.
  • Define and monitor quality and performance of the application.

Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
  • Knowledge of LIMS (Labvantage LIMS) and ERP (Infor M3) systems and experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Knowledge and experience in relational databases, SQL, and coding (e.g., Java).
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Experience with 1QM (One Quality Management System)/ETQ Reliance, and ITIL processes is a plus.

Expectation from Role:

  • Maintain and manage the global LIMS solution.
  • You will provide ongoing support and end user training for our users.
  • Expand solutions to other business systems as needed.
