Supplier Quality Manager

Within the D&E organization, the Supplier Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in securing the industrialization of hardware outsourced to suppliers. From early design requirements and supplier selection to release for volume of the product design and supplier processes, this position is involved in every step.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate SQE activities and deliverables within allocated projects, working closely with other SQE colleagues.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) and supplier selection efforts.
- Ensure early supplier involvement in D&E projects to merge technology expertise of ASML and suppliers.
- Define industrialization efforts, including supplier and ASML responsibilities and deliverables via a Statement of Work (SoW).
- Guarantee parts manufacturability, testability, and other dFx aspects are covered in the design phase, including implementation of lessons learned.
- Deliver parts quality from suppliers in the ASML product generation process, including specification and design acceptance, qualification process, and process flow analysis.
- Develop and maintain supplier interface processes, such as issue resolution, qualification deviation, configuration and change management, and ASML factory disturbances.
- Contribute to supplier development to improve operational excellence by driving execution of existing agreements, improvement actions, and participation in supplier audits.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in physics, optics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-tech industry, complex modules, and supplier quality management or part quality is required. Experience with quality systems and methods, such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, is a plus.
