Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Consultant to lead our Oracle EBS Financials engagements in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for anchoring engagement efforts, driving problem definition and solution design, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

As a thought leader in your domain, you will serve as a key advisor to architecture and design reviews, anchor business pursuit initiatives, and client training programs. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop solutions for Oracle EBS implementation projects.
  • Lead functional testing, QA, SIT, and UAT activities, ensuring smooth production cut-over and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data mapping, integration, and extension development, as well as performance testing and analysis.
  • Work closely with Business and IT teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and execute SIT and UAT testing.
  • Provide training to business and core users on Oracle EBS functionality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Oracle EBS R12 Functional experience, particularly in financials (AR, AP, GL).
  • Excellent domain knowledge and experience in MFG & Engineering Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, high degree of initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality awareness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
