Business IT Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Business IT Advisor to join our team at TenneT. As a key member of our Energy System Planning unit, you will play a vital role in driving the energy transition.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and develop user requirements for software applications, ensuring maximum usability in alignment with the product owner, business stakeholders, and end-users.
- Manage enhancement requests, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure thorough quality assurance.
- Ensure comprehensive functional documentation.
- Periodically review functional documentation based on continuous improvements and lessons learned.
Your Profile and Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or functional application management.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process analysis, design, and documentation.
- Relevant experience in the software development lifecycle and experience in an agile way of working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technology concepts to key stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Dutch language (or an interest to learn).

Additional Information:
- 40 hours a week.

- Salary in grade 8, conform TenneT CAO.
- Attractive remuneration benefits, including an excellent pension scheme, 43 holidays, and a 6% end-of-year bonus.
Salary Range:
€3,879 - €7,660 per year.
